As you may have guessed, the October to-do list is the follow up to the september to-do list (nothing gets past us, now does it LOL!)
Anywho, much of Octobers list will, of course, involve halloween stuff to do. But, there is plenty more in store for those who choose to look upon this list for options in the to do department.
So lets start it off with the Holidays, shall we?
Well good then.
Gonna do a little throwback to the to-do's of old and mention a few extra things.
Lets call this part "October Is"
Why? Well, that's easy. Because October is....
Dessert Month
Pretzel Month
Cookie Month
Pizza (or 'za) Month
Seafood Month
Pork Month
Vegetarian Awareness Month
Spinach Lovers Month
Pasta Month
Chili Month
and of course
Aids Awareness and Breast Cancer Awareness Month Amongst Other Things
Sweetest Day Is Oct 18 (you've been warned)

Well, it's time once again to pick a flavor of the month.
Here we are in OCtober, and we need to think of a flavor that fits the month. When most think of October they think off autumn and of course Halloween , And when you think of halloween, you of course think of pumpkins. As we know, pumpkin ice cream is available all around town but that would be just way too easy now wouldnt it. No, we need to take things to the next level. (well, we probably dont but lets do it anyway)
Autumn, leaves changing, getting a little cooler outside, apple cider time or better yet caramel apples, OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO YEAH! Carmel apples, with or without nuts. Tasty stuff they are, and even more tasty because they are on a stick. (and as we all know, stuff on sticks are just that much better than the stuff sans sticks. STICK STUFF RULES! YEAH IT DOES!) Speaking of apples, how about apple pie? Yeah, who doesnt love a nice warm slice of apple pie (or another pie type if you arent into apples but work with me on the apple thing will ya. Thanks a bunch) Maybe a little caramel sauce on the apple pie and you can have the best of both worlds (unless of course, you can figure out how to get that apple pie on a stick then OH BABY!) But if we are gonna have apple pie, it's gonna have to be ala mode. A big ole scoop of ice cream (or frozen yogurt) melting down over that warm apple pie.....
wait a minute.
That's It!
ALA MODE!
But wait, we need to be diversified!
Stick stuff and ala mode!
Yeah, that's more like it.
So there you have it sports fans (and non sports fans) the flavor of the month is simply on a stick or ala mode (both top notch choices in my opinion)
As always all chips, chunks, dips, dunks.... (you know the rest are in as well.
So mode up that pie and flip for something on a stick in october.
You'll be glad you did.
More to come
